海南热带飞禽世界地处海南省安定县塔岭开发区,是目前国内最大的鸟文化主题公园。在这由近千种不同植物美化而成的466亩生态空间里，展示着300余种30000余只各式热带飞禽，涵盖了海南鸟类的绝大多数。这里面有世界最大的鸟——鸵鸟;有世界上第二小的小鸟——珍珠鸟;有飞得最高的鸟——天鹅;有鸟中潜水冠军——凤头潜鸭……特别值得一提的是：其中有五十余种鸟类，都属于海南独有的鸟类或亚种，一般游客是难得一见的。
　　在这个鸟类王国中，除了能欣赏到各种各样千姿百态的鸟类外，多才多艺的鸟类明星们还将带给您精彩纷呈的各类飞禽表演。这其中有精彩激烈的飞禽王国奥运会、有中国首家推出的空中禽王——猛禽表演，有生猛的斗鸡、诙谐的斗画眉、沙漠中的鸵鸟骑士，还有在见龙古塔上演绎的孔雀东南飞……这里不仅是鸟的世界，还是花的海洋，近千种奇花异木点缀在园区，直插云天的乔木，婆娑起舞的花灌木，碧绿如茵的草地，一年四季，繁花似锦……好一派具有南国风情的热带风光。众多散放的鸟类，或徜徉林间，或栖于枝头，又或翱翔于蓝天白云间，无拘无束，自由自在的享受着生命的美好！
　　园区目前已向游客开放的主要景点有：世界名鸽广场，九凤壁（中国第一座九凤壁，海南首座巨型浮雕），鹩哥语廊，鹦鹉广场，鸟雨林（中国第一个采用声、光、电、色等手段模拟热带雨林的地形特征及热带雷雨）、相思林（天鹅湖）、沙漠鸟园（中国第一个采用情景模拟方式展示沙漠鸟的沙漠鸟园）、猛禽表演场、见龙塔（海南目前保存最完好的古塔）、浴龙潭（海南最大的人工瀑布）、飞禽明星剧场等。海南热带飞禽世界追求人鸟的和谐共处,这里的鸟类绝大多数都可以跟游客实现零距离接触,一把鸟食、一声鸟哨，可能就会是您演绎现代版“天鹅湖”故事的开始……

　　Hainan Tropical Bird Park located at Taling development zone in Dingan
is the biggest theme park in birds in our country at present.In theecological land of 466 mu beautified by about a　thousand　differentvegetation, there are three thousand of three hundred types of tropical birds, which cover the majority of Hainan birds. Here lives the biggest bird in the world–ostrich; the second smallest bird in the world – Red Munia; the bird flying the highest – Swan; Tufted Duck and so on. It is worth mentioning that fifty types of birds are part of the unique birds in Hainan, which are seldom seen by common tourists.
　　In this bird kingdom, one can enjoy not only the different types of birds, but also the splendid bird performances given by the all-around bird stars, for example, the exciting olympic games in the bird kingdom, the bird king in the air – the savage bird show first produced in China, the fierce and malicious cock-fight, humorous thrush-fight, the ostrich knight in the desert, and the peacock flying to the south-east from Jianlong Tower… The Tropical Bird World is not only a world of birds, but an ocean of flowers as well. Nearly a thousand precious flowers and trees embellish the park: trees pointing sharply into the sky, shrubs dancing beautifully, meadows with bright green, flowers blooming like a piece of brocade all the year round, which constitute the real south tropical scenery. There are a number of birds here and there in the park, some wandering in the forest, some staying on tree branches, some flying in the blue sky. They are enjoying themselves wonderfully, leisurely and freely.
　　The major scenic spots open to tourists now in this park are World Famous Pigeon Square, Nine Phoenix Wall ( the first one in China and the first huge relief in Hainan), Mynah Bird Speaking Gallery, Parrot Square, Bird Rainforest ( the first one in China which imitates the terrain features of the tropical rainforest and tropical thunder rain with sound, light, electricity and color), Lovers’ Forest ( swan lake), Desert Bird Park( the first one in China exhibiting desert birds in the way of imitativesituation), Savage Bird Show Field, Jianlong Tower( the best preserved ancient tower in Hainan at present), Bathing Dragon Pool( the biggest man-made waterfall in Hainan), and Bird Stars theatre.
